3. GENERAL INFO AND FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What are the Artist Arena customer service hours of operation?

When will I receive my 3-day festival tickets?

You will not receive paper tickets for the festival. You will actually receive something much cooler! Every Bamboozle Festival 2012 purchaser will receive special high security wristbands that will be required for entrance into the festival. These wristbands contain a uniquely coded RFID chip imbedded into the wristband. These wristbands are NON-TRANSFERABLE and will be shipped to you closer to the festival date. Please read FULL details regarding the wristbands at the bottom of this FAQ page in the FESTIVAL WRISTBAND INFORMATION section. *PLEASE NOTE, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If you have a P.O. Box and have already placed an order, a customer service representative will contact you in order to get an alternate shipping address.

 

I live outside of the U.S and Canada. Will my wristbands still be mailed to me?

For all orders placed outside of the United States and Canada, your wristbands will need to be switched to Will Call, so you can pick them up on the day of the festival.

 

The festival is months away. What happens if I move before my wristbands are mailed to me?

As soon as you know your new address, please contact us at bamboozlevip@artistarena.com or bamboozlehotels@artistarena.com with your new information and we will update your order.

4. VIP PACKAGE FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

A hotel room is included in my VIP Package. Will my VIP Package order information be used with the hotel reservation?

Yes. As noted in our disclaimers, the name on the order must be used when reserving and checking into the hotel. This person MUST be at least 21 years of age, as required by the hotel. No name changes will be permitted. Before Artist Arena places any reservations on your behalf, an Artist Arena representative will contact you directly to confirm your details.

A credit or debit card is needed to check into the hotel when you arrive. This credit or debit card will be used to pay for any incidental charges or damages to the room (does not need to be same card used when placing order). An Artist Arena representative will contact you directly in order to finalize the details of your reservation.

 

When will I receive my 3-day festival wristband and Gift Bag?

Your 3-day festival wristband will be mailed to you closer to the festival date. Your Gift Bag may ship separately at a later date. You will be contacted via email regarding details of your VIP package and Gift Bag and fulfillment closer to the start of the festival.

5. HOTEL BUNDLE FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Will my hotel bundle order information be used with the hotel reservation?

How often do the shuttles run from my hotel to the festival grounds?

The shuttles will run in regular intervals from the hotels to the festival grounds beginning at 11:00 am each day of the festival through 3:00 am each following morning.

 

When will I receive my festival tickets and Official Bamboozle 2012 Survival Kit?

Your 3-day festival wristband will be mailed to you closer to the festival date. Your Survival Kit may ship separately at a later date. You will be contacted via email regarding details of your hotel bundle and Survival Kit fulfillment closer to the start of the festival.

 

The festival is months away. What happens if I move before my wristbands are mailed to me?

As soon as you know your new address, please contact us at bamboozlehotels@artistarena.com with your new information and we will update your order.

 

Are room upgrades available?

Individual room upgrades are not available, but we do offer ticketless hotel packages that can be found here: http://bamboozleticketless.artistarena.com.

 

Can I add additional nights to my hotel bundle?

Sorry, additional nights cannot be added to your reservation as a part of this bundle through Artist Arena.

 

6. FESTIVAL WRISTBAND INFORMATION

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
This year we have introduced a new high security wristband that will be required for entrance into the festival. These wristbands contain a uniquely coded RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) chip embedded inside.

Wristband will be valid for all (3) days and is NON-TRANSFERABLE.

All wristbands will be scanned upon entry into the festival. No physical tickets will be issued. One wristband will be used for multi-day passes.

Complete instructions about proper wristband use will be emailed to the original purchaser’s email address and also be included with all shipped wristbands. Failure to follow instructions may result in your not being admitted to the festival (and we don’t want you to miss the greatest festival on earth!)

Wristbands will be shipped closer to the festival date directly from Artist Arena via UPS Ground and you will be emailed a tracking number when they are dispatched.

ENTRANCE TO FESTIVAL:
Prior to arriving at the venue, wristbands must be properly applied on your wrist. Wristbands applied to your ankle will not be accepted!

Wristbands are required at all times on festival grounds. You will be subject to removal from the site if wristbands are taken off or tampered with in any way. If there is an issue with your wristband, please immediately report to security or festival customer service for assistance.

Take care of your wristband – it’s your friend! Do not subject your sensitive RFID wristband friend to the following: fire, cutting, excessive twisting, pulling, stretching, or customization. THAT’S NOT NICE!

If you have purchased a 3-Day wristband, your wristband will be valid for all three days (That’s 3 full days of festival fun). Do not remove until AFTER the final day of the festival. Those who choose to remove their wristbands early will not be granted admission into the festival grounds!

*Only wristbands purchased through official Bamboozle Festival 2012 websites (Ticketmaster, Live Nation, Artist Arena, Ducat King) will be valid. Do not purchase wristbands from any other source! Fake or deactivated wristbands may appear real, but will be identified as fraud at the entrance to the festival grounds. NO JOKE!

Those in possession of fake wristbands – or ones reported lost or stolen – will not be granted admission into the festival.

Keep in mind there are no physical paper tickets for the festival. We are not responsible for any counterfeit wristbands.
